Ron Kamonohashi's Forbidden Deductions Season 2 Vol. 1 Blu-ray reunites Ron and Toto for episodes 14-18 of the detective anime based on Akira Amano's manga. Their casework now leads towards the shadowy M Family and the truth behind the incident that ended Ron's career.

Once a prodigy at the elite BLUE detective academy, Ron was stripped of his qualifications after the Bloody Field Trip incident. A dangerous flaw in his investigative abilities drove him into seclusion until police investigator Totomaru Isshiki offered him a way to use his talent again. Ron supplies the deductions while Toto handles the investigation, creating an unconventional partnership.

BLUE's principal, Emmerich, believes that Ron was deliberately framed. The trail points towards the M Family, a criminal dynasty connected to numerous unsolved cases. Its leader, Milo Moriarty, sends his sister Winter to Japan to push Ron deeper into despair, raising new questions about the bond between the two men.

Yohei Azakami voices Ron alongside Junya Enoki as Toto. Yoko Hikasa, Taku Yashiro, Nao Toyama, Yoshitsugu Matsuoka and Yumiri Hanamori join the cast. Diomedea produces the animation, with Shota Ihata directing, Wataru Watari overseeing series composition and Masakazu Ishikawa designing the characters.

This KADOKAWA edition includes approximately 118 minutes of episodes on one Blu-ray, with creditless opening and ending sequences as video extras. Japanese Linear PCM audio is provided without subtitles, and the disc supports region-free playback.
