Sound Horizon Ema ni Negahi wo! Full Edition Story Blu-ray

Sound Horizon’s long-awaited Ema ni Negahi wo! (Full Edition), the 7.5th or 8.5th Story Blu-ray, arrives in its complete form.

Like the Prologue Edition, this work is released as a Story BD: a Blu-ray Disc featuring a mechanism through which listeners can choose the story, something that could not be achieved on a CD.

Its setting is a world much like present-day Japan. In a certain town, Roran Shrine suddenly appears, rumoured to grant extraordinary blessings. Stories unfold around people who entrust their wishes to ema, votive wooden tablets. The listener takes the role of the shrine’s Great God. Throughout the work, two stone monuments repeatedly offer choices of interpretation. Those choices change the story, altering both the music that follows and the characters who appear.

In the announcement dated October 27, 2022, the newly revealed artwork showed a horizon resembling the grounds of a familiar shrine. At first, nobody is there: could that be what zero means? The announcement invited listeners to look forward to more news of the then-mysterious Full Edition, originally announced for March 15, 2023. This completed edition was released on June 14, 2023.

Regular Full Edition: one interactive Story Blu-ray programme.

The original release included the linked good-luck ticket Nibun no Ni, used together with the Prologue Edition ticket for a promotional prize campaign. That campaign closed on July 31, 2023; the historical ticket does not provide a current entry entitlement, and no campaign prize is included.

Limited-production extras end or change to edition when stock runs out.
