You are not alone, on any day, wherever you go. The acclaimed SSSS.GRIDMAN television anime, first broadcast in October 2018, comes to a Blu-ray box at a special price.

Yuta Hibiki, a first-year high school student living in Tsutsujidai, wakes up one day with no memory. He encounters Hyper Agent Gridman on an old computer. Gridman tells him to fulfill his mission, and Yuta begins searching for the meaning of those words and for his memories.

Although bewildered by these sudden events, Yuta goes about his daily life with help from classmates Sho Utsumi, Rikka Takarada and Akane Shinjo. But those peaceful days are effortlessly trampled by a monster that appears without warning.

The original live-action television series, Denko Chojin Gridman, began broadcasting in 1993. Created before computers became common in family homes, it attracted viewers with ideas that anticipated today's internet and computer viruses. In the autumn of 2018, Gridman returned in animation. TRIGGER, which produced Denko Chojin Gridman: boys invent great hero for the 2015 Japan Animator Expo, handles the animation, with that short's director Akira Amemiya returning to direct. The future imagined back then becomes reality in 2018 as Gridman is reborn in the world of animation.

The box features a jacket newly illustrated by Gridman designer Masayuki Goto. Video extras include the creditless opening and ending. Audio extras comprise cast commentaries for episodes one, five, nine and twelve, and staff commentaries for episodes two, three, four, six, seven, eight, ten and eleven.
