Sugar Apple Fairy Tale Anime

A girl and a fairy guided by sugar apples: a beautiful fairy tale woven from their dreams and love. The popular Kadokawa Beans Bunko novel becomes a television anime! Sugar Apple Fairy Tale arrives in its second Blu-ray volume. Director Yohei Suzuki worked on Kiyo in Kyoto: From the Maiko House and Planet With. Animation production is by J.C.STAFF, whose high-quality visuals honour the worlds of works including Requiem of the Rose King and Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?

Story In a world where humans employ fairies and sugar confections are believed to bring good fortune, the special confectioners who create sacred sweets are known as Silver Sugar Masters. After losing her mother, a first-class Silver Sugar Master, a girl named Anne decides to follow in her footsteps and become a Silver Sugar Master herself. To do so, her skill as a craftsperson must be recognized at the annual exhibition in the royal capital. On her way to the capital, Anne hires the warrior fairy Challe as her bodyguard. His abilities as a warrior are exceptional, but his sharp tongue and distrust of humans cause constant arguments with Anne. Yet, as they travel together, Anne begins to wish that they could become friends. What future will the human Anne and fairy Challe weave together as they overcome differences of species and position, as well as the difficult situations they face?
