Tales of Dream Project returns for a second volume, bringing the Tales of voice cast together for original music and covers of the series' themes. Eiji Takemoto joins Hikaru Midorikawa, Katsuyuki Konishi, Masaya Onosaka, Chihiro Suzuki, Kosuke Toriumi, Ryohei Kimura and Ryota Osaka in the specially formed Tales of Dreamers to perform Positive Gate.

Six voice actors also revisit themes from Tales of Destiny, Tales of Legendia, Tales of Zestiria and Tales of Zestiria the X. Hikaru Midorikawa sings Yume de Aru Youni and Ryo Hirohashi performs TAO, while Mikako Komatsu and Ai Kayano join for White Light. Ryohei Kimura and Ryota Osaka share Kaze no Uta. Each of the five songs is accompanied by an off-vocal version.
