Teppen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! gathers its character songs and soundtrack across two CDs, adding five songs for the anime's comedy trios. TECHNOBOYS PULCRAFT GREEN-FUND, known for SIX SAME FACES from Mr. Osomatsu, produce the character-song material and compose and arrange the score.

The Teppen All Stars opening theme TOP OF THE LAUGH!!! joins May'n's ending theme Ahatte Teppen, produced by Masayoshi Oishi, alongside the show's insert songs. Young Wai-Wai, Dangan Kunoichi, Celebri-Tea, Akudare Kingdom and Shinryakusha each contribute a new trio performance.

The first CD combines the vocal program with additional score selections, while the second holds thirty-six background-music tracks. A DVD adds a newly animated character-song medley music video by Bayachao, the illustrator behind the anime's ending animation.
