The Concierge Blu-ray Standard Edition

For everyone who works hard: a mysterious, adorable entertainment blending animals with a department store!

Akino starts work as a trainee concierge at the Hokkyoku Department Store, a strange department store where every customer is an animal. Striving to become a fully fledged concierge under the watchful eyes of her floor manager and senior colleagues, she encounters customers with all kinds of problems. The extinct species known as V.I.A., Very Important Animals, are especially distinctive characters, each with their own quirks.

A laughing owl wants to delight his wife of many years. A sea mink searches for a present for her father. A Japanese wolf agonizes over proposing to his partner. People visit the Hokkyoku Department Store for themselves or someone else, and for all kinds of reasons. To respond to what each customer wishes for, Akino energetically runs around the store again today.
