Tougen Anki's Nerima arc takes theatrical form in this recording of the stage adaptation of Yura Urushibara's manga. The first disc preserves the final Osaka performance on January 19, 2025, with Aran Abe as Shiki Ichinose and Yuta Tachibana as Naito Mudano.

Shiki discovers his own oni heritage after a sudden attack by the descendants of Momotaro. His encounter with the power living in his blood draws him into an inherited conflict and sets the foundation for the stage production's action and character relationships. The Nerima production brings this story to the theatre under the direction of Fumiya Matsuzaki, with music by Naoki Tani.

Ryoya Takahashi, Ryono Kusachi and Ryota Hirono join the ensemble alongside Shiho Miyakawa and the wider cast. A separate bonus disc includes making-of footage and a cast discussion, pairing the finished performance with a look at the production process and the performers' reflections.

This region-free two-disc Blu-ray set contains approximately 146 minutes of stage performance and 84 minutes of additional footage, for a total of 230 minutes. The performance uses Japanese Linear PCM stereo audio. No subtitles are included.
