Tsukuyomi opens another perspective on its story with Another Moon, the first EP from the music project led by composer and Vocaloid producer YurryCanon. Bringing different creators together for each work, the project includes its own version of If, which YurryCanon originally wrote for Project SEKAI: Colorful Stage! feat. Hatsune Miku.
Gyakutengeki and Kyuseishu, opening themes for I Got a Cheat Skill in Another World and The Most Heretical Last Boss Queen respectively, join Yume to Shiriseba from Dragon Nest 2: Evolution. An instrumental and two newly recorded songs complete the seven-track program.
The EP takes the first Tsukuyomi story, Dareka no Shinzo ni Nareta Nara, as its starting point, expanding the world developed in Kaketa Shinsho, Yo no Yosuga and Tsuki ga Michiru. Through YurryCanon's lyrics and Yue's powerful voice, these alternative stories follow Yuma and Rino's footsteps and suggest parallel worlds that might have existed, adding new ways to understand the narrative.
