Uchi no Ototo-domo ga Sumimasen Standard Edition Blu-ray

Uchi no Ototo-domo ga Sumimasen brings Akira Ozaki's romantic comedy to live action, with Mei Hata playing a high-school girl whose mother's remarriage suddenly makes her the eldest of five siblings. Koichiro Miki directs, Rika Nezu writes the screenplay and Kotringo provides the music, with Noa's Koi no Hachibyo Rule as the theme song.

Ito hopes for a peaceful new life with her mother and stepfather, but instead meets four very different stepbrothers: the blunt yet family-minded Gen, the clever and composed Raku, the withdrawn Shu and the affectionate youngest brother Rui. When their father is transferred, the five siblings find themselves living together without their parents. Helped by Raku and Rui, Ito begins to draw the family closer through her cheerful, caring nature.

Gen's brusque manner and Shu's reluctance to leave his room prove harder to overcome. As Ito realises how deeply Gen cares about the family, her feelings toward him begin to change; meanwhile, Shu develops feelings of his own. Ryuto Sakuma, Yuto Nasu, Nao Oriyama and Kira Uchida play the four brothers in this story of an unexpectedly complicated new household.

This standard-edition Blu-ray contains the 105-minute film, teaser and theatrical trailers, and a special theme-song video. The main feature offers Japanese DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 surround and 2.0 stereo, a separate Japanese audio-description track, and Japanese accessibility subtitles.
