In Ultraman Regulos: First Mission, after the fierce conflict with the Absolutians, the Galaxy Rescue Force detects unusual signs on Planet Maijii. Sora goes to investigate alone, but danger approaches... Hearing the urgent report, Regulos heads out to rescue her, determined to uphold the truth of the Cosmo Beast Style that alone is inscribed upon his body!

The Regulos cast features Shugo Nakamura as Regulos, Miku Ito as Spica, Kenjiro Tsuda as Instructor Phoros, Toshiyuki Morikawa as Tubahn, Toshiki Masuda as Albeo, Tomoaki Maeno as Phalood, Akira Ishida as Dias and Akio Otsuka as Master Alude.
