Uma Musume: Pretty Derby celebrates two and a half years with the Bon-dance-inspired Tracen Ondo on WINNING LIVE 13. The album also introduces solo performances by Twin Turbo, Ikuno Dictus and Matikanetannhauser, bringing different personalities into the nine-track CD.

Twin Turbo, voiced by Miharu Hanai, powers through Buttobi Kattobi Zenkai Engine!, while Masumi Tazawa's Ikuno Dictus sings Excellent Condition and Hikaru Tono's Matikanetannhauser performs TAILWIND. The hat-loving unit BoC'z adds Hat on your Head!, followed by Umapyoi Densetsu.

Game-size versions of Tracen Ondo and Umapyoi Densetsu, along with the PV-size Hat on your Head!, complete the disc. Newly drawn cover artwork accompanies the release.
