Village Blu-ray Deluxe Edition

Light and darkness in a closed village. What lies at the end of a struggle against inescapable destiny? Here, now, in this world. A closed world, a closed heart, eventually awakening from a fleeting dream.

Kasumon Village is a Japanese settlement where the night fog feels otherworldly. Near the mountain where mysterious torchlight Noh ceremonies take place stands a vast final waste-disposal facility. Yu Katayama has lived in the village since childhood and works at this facility, so discordant with the beautiful village, spending hopeless days struggling to pay his mother's debts.

Bearing the shame of an incident his father once caused there and living as if taking that sin upon himself, Yu has never had a choice in life. One day his childhood friend Misaki returns from Tokyo, setting the story dramatically in motion.
