Welcome to Japan, Ms. Elf! Animation

Ms. Elf is fascinated by Japanese culture!

Working adult Kazuhiro Kitase’s favourite pastime is sleeping. Ever since he was a child, he has enjoyed thrilling adventures in the mysterious other world that appears in his dreams.

One day, while exploring ancient ruins with an elf girl he has befriended, he has the misfortune to encounter a magical dragon and is burned by its breath. When he wakes from the dream, the elf girl is sleeping beside him in his room, where she should never have been able to appear.

The series began broadcasting in January 2025 in the Animeism slot on MBS, TBS and CBC, as well as on BS 11 and AT-X.

Video extras include the clean opening and ending, promotional videos and the Welcome to Online Shopping commercials. The first-press edition adds specially illustrated storage packaging and jacket artwork, an original short novel, a sticker set and a special booklet. These limited extras are not guaranteed; standard packaging replaces the first-press edition once supplies are exhausted. Specifications may change without notice.
