In Your Forma, a medical invention that helped humanity survive the viral encephalitis pandemic of 1992 has become an indispensable neural information device. It records everything its users see and hear, along with their emotions. Investigating serious crimes now falls to specialist investigators who can dive into these accumulated records of memory.

Echika Hieda is the youngest person ever appointed to this demanding work. Her exceptional talent has left her isolated, until she is assigned an unexpected new partner: Harold W. Lucraft, a blond, blue-eyed humanoid Amicus. Together, the gifted investigator and her artificial partner uncover secrets hidden in a world where experience itself can be recorded.

This limited-edition box contains all 13 episodes of the television anime produced by Geno Studio. Kana Hanazawa voices Echika and Kensho Ono plays Harold, alongside Nao Toyama as Biga, Aya Endo as Totoki, Nobuhiko Okamoto as Fokin and Ayaka Nanase as Darya. The adaptation is directed by Takaharu Ozaki, with series composition and scripts by Kazuyuki Fudeyasu, character designs by Chikashi Kadekaru and music by Tatsuya Kato.

The three Blu-rays include the credit-free opening and ending sequences and all five Petit Forma: Electronic Crime Bureau Diary mini-anime episodes. A newly written short novel by original author Mareho Kikuishi and a booklet accompany the discs, housed in a slipcase illustrated by Geno Studio. This edition runs approximately 308 minutes and presents the programme in 1080p widescreen with Japanese Linear PCM stereo audio. The discs are region-free and do not include subtitles.
