ZUTOMAYO's solo Saitama Super Arena concert, ZUTOMAYO FACTORY: Taka wa Uete mo Odori Wasurezu, was held over two consecutive days. It was the group's largest concert to date, but the scale was only part of what made it distinctive.

The eighteen-person band incorporated familiar unusual instruments, including open-reel equipment, cathode-ray-tube televisions and electric fans. Pianist Kei-chan appeared as a special guest on day two. The analog stage set revealed that a hundred years had passed between the two days, with changes to some songs reinforcing this singular concert concept. This regular-edition Blu-ray records day two, ob_start, performed on April 17, 2022.

The program begins with Fuhen 100y ob_start, Baka ja Nai noni, Teiketsu Bolt, Kan Saete Kuyashiiwa, Minority Myakuraku, JK BOMBER, Chigau Kyoku ni Shiyo yo, Kikai Abura, Samayoi Yoi Ondo and Sode no Quilt. It continues with MILABO, Nourijou no Cracker, Dear.Mr F, Kuraku Kuroku, Obenkyo Shitoite yo, Mirror Tune, Aitsura Zenin Dosokai and Byoshin o Kamu.

The additional songs are Matane Maboroshi (Kikyu), Saturn (Lonely) and Seigi. The original first pressing supported PlayPASS streaming and download; availability of that digital service and first-press feature is not confirmed for current copies.
