15Shoujo combines its cyberpunk coming-of-age story and music on SILENTHATED. The first CD gathers eleven songs and six character interpretations, including Tomori Kusunoki as Sora Satsuki, Fairouz Ai as Mugi Utsugi, Kei Sugawara as Kei Hazuki and Suiso as Mone Kisaragi.
Shiki Ayase and Setsuko perform the Ran Fumizuki and Nemu Irotori versions. The second CD moves into the Audio Movie, beginning with the Children's City concept and the arrival of the adult bus before following Leona Taketora and Ena Haitani, with previews of further characters' stories.
Alien, Aoi Yoru ni Hitori, Subarashiki Gomi no Yama and a 15Shoujo cover of PinocchioP's Non-Breath Oblige follow the thirteen drama chapters. The standard edition contains two audio CDs.
