A Few Moments of Cheers Standard Edition Blu-ray follows Kanata Asaya, a student who pours his imagination into making music videos. During a night-time search for visual inspiration, he hears a woman singing in the rain. Her performance moves him so deeply that he wants to create a video for her song. The next day, he discovers that the singer, Yu Orie, is his new teacher.

Kanata is still discovering the joy of making something of his own, while Yu has stepped away from music after experiencing its disappointments. Their meeting brings those contrasting perspectives together in a story about creative ambition, self-doubt and the hope of reaching another person through art. Natsuki Hanae voices Kanata, Mariya Ise voices Yu and Kei Sugawara performs her singing parts. Yuma Uchida and Fuka Izumi also feature in the cast.

The animation team Hurray! and 100studio join screenwriter Jukki Hanada for this original film. Director Popurika, assistant director Ohajiki and character designer and art director Magotsuki discuss their work in the staff commentary. The additional footage includes trailers, lyric videos for Aru Jumon, Biotope, Night and Dark and Identity, the Mimei music video and storyboards, and the film version of Frederic's CYAN. A voiced introduction featuring Kanata and Daisuke Tonosaki and separate making-of features about Mimei's music and video provide further context.

The single Blu-ray contains the 69-minute film and 53 minutes of additional footage, approximately 122 minutes altogether. The main feature is presented in 16:9 Full HD with Japanese Dolby TrueHD 5.1 and Linear PCM stereo sound. Optional English subtitles, Japanese accessibility subtitles and Japanese audio description are available for the main feature. The disc is region-free.
