A3! ACT5 Soredemo Butai wa Tsuzuiteku pairs the game's fifth-story theme with the first unit song by KICS. The jacket features a new illustration by character designer Ryo Fujiwara.

Masayoshi Oishi writes and composes the A3ders! theme, arranging it with Sonosuke Takao. Sakuya Sakuma, Tenma Sumeragi, Banri Settsu and Tsumugi Tsukioka perform together through the voices of Kodai Sakai, Takuya Eguchi, Chiharu Sawashiro and Atsushi Tamaru. KICS performs Denno Parade, written, composed and arranged by tepe of OTOIRO, with Daigo Kato, Shuichiro Umeda, Hayato Dojima and Yui Ise providing the vocals.

Four solo versions of the theme and instrumental versions of both songs round out the eight-track CD. A3! is Liber Entertainment's actor-training game for iOS and Android.
