Acid Black Cherry's 2009 Q.E.D. tour reaches its finale at Nippon Budokan in a version re-edited by yasu for the 2025 FILM LIVE project. Renewed audio and the complete onstage MC passages put the band performance at the centre of this presentation. The four-disc set pairs two Blu-rays with two live CDs drawn from the same concert.

Following the opening, the performance moves through Mother, cord name [JUSTICE], I'm not a ghost, Tsumi to Batsu - Kamisama no Alibi, 1954 LOVE/HATE, Jigsaw, Nemurihime and Yasashii Uso. Black Cherry is followed by ABC BAND SESSION 2, Cherry Cherry, Murder Licence, Kuroi Taiyo, Shojo no Inori and SPELL MAGIC. The encore features acoustic versions of Kono Aozora no Muko ni and Aishitenai before 20+Infinity Century Boys; Maria and DRAGON CARNIVAL form the second encore.

The first Blu-ray presents the 158-minute concert. The second offers the tour's DOCUMENTARY OFF SHOT and Q.E.D. STORY - THE MOVIE in a 73-minute supplementary programme. On the live CDs, the opening through Yasashii Uso occupies the first disc, while the second follows the remainder of the concert from Black Cherry through the band session, main-set finish and both encores.
