Afternoon KC Fragile Vol. 2 is an official Japanese paper manga volume by Bin Kusamizu, Saburou Megumi, published by Kodansha under the Afternoon KC label.

Keiichiro Kishi is a pathologist: a doctor who investigates the causes of disease and makes diagnoses without meeting patients directly. His fellow doctors describe him this way: "An extraordinary eccentric, but exceptionally good at what he does." This time, Kishi must diagnose a mother complaining of lower abdominal pain. She wants to give her only daughter a younger brother or sister, but what is the illness she really has? The pathologist's keen eyes look far ahead into one family's future.

This Japanese paper edition contains 200 pages and was released in Japan on February 23, 2015.
