Aharen-san wa Hakarenai Anime

A close-contact teenage romantic comedy that cannot be measured in more ways than one begins! Based on Asato Mizu's manga serialized in Jump+, this is a youthful comedy about the small, quiet Reina Aharen and Raidou, the boy who sits beside her, whose relationship is impossible to measure in all sorts of ways.

Reina Aharen is a small, quiet girl who has a little trouble judging her distance from other people. Raidou, who sits next to her, feels a gap between himself and Aharen. One day, he picks up an eraser she has dropped, and the distance between them suddenly shrinks! Sometimes too far away and sometimes too close, Aharen is unpredictable. The curtain rises on a close-contact teenage romantic comedy that cannot be measured in more ways than one!

Volume three contains episodes nine through twelve. Its jacket features new artwork by character designer and chief animation director Yuko Yahiro. The disc includes the creditless standard ending sequence and the second promotional video. Aharen's acrylic stand, which cannot stand up by itself, is enclosed.

The cast features Inori Minase as Reina Aharen, Takuma Terashima as Raidou, M.A.O as Mitsuki Oshiro, Tetsuya Kakihara as Ishikawa, Tomori Kusunoki as Hanako Sato, Kana Hanazawa as Ms. Momohara, Rika Nagae as Raidou's younger sister, Yurie Kozakai as Ms. Miyahira, Maria Sashide as Futaba, Natsumi Fujiwara as Atsushi, Misaki Kuno as Ren Aharen and Rina Hidaka as Eru Aharen.
