Aijin Tensei - Sare Tsuma wa Shinda Ato ni Fukushu Suru Blu-ray Box follows a betrayed wife whose second chance at life takes an impossible form. Kanon and Kento Senga lead this revenge drama about a woman who returns in the body of her husband's lover, determined to turn his cruelty against him.

Chisato grew up with her father after losing her mother as a child. She married Yuta Mayama, the heir to Mayama Foods whom she met at university, soon after graduation. Eight years later, her husband and his parents treat her like a servant, but occasional moments of kindness keep her hoping that their marriage can improve.

On her thirtieth birthday, she sees Yuta walking affectionately with another woman, Runa Mitsui. A confrontation leads to an accident in which both women are struck by a car. Chisato wakes in hospital to discover that she now inhabits Runa's body. When Yuta openly expresses relief that Chisato was the one who died, she commits her new life to revenge. Fujiko Kojima, Riho Takada, Atsuko Sakurai, Motoki Iida and Taiki Sato join the cast.

All eight episodes are collected on two main-feature Blu-rays, accompanied by a third disc with making-of footage, a recorded cast appearance and trailers. A booklet is included. The set contains 191 minutes of drama and 94 minutes of extras, presented in 16:9 1080i with Japanese Linear PCM 2.0 stereo audio. These region-free discs have no subtitles.
