Familiar anime themes return with an electro-guitar sound in a selection aimed at listeners who grew up with them. Focusing on opening and ending songs from anime of the 1990s and earlier, Electro Guitar: Anime Cover revisits favourites for a generation approaching its thirties.

Vocals are performed by AIMEE, whose singing and narration have appeared in numerous commercials, including P&G Joy and Recruit Zexy. The sound is created by Foster Sound, a team of young writers with extensive experience in advertising music, songwriting and arrangements for major artists.
