Anime House Project Sengoku Bakumatsu Mix CD
ANIME HOUSE PROJECT ～戦国・幕末MIX～
Used
$16.00
Release November 25, 2009
Anime House Project turns its attention to the Sengoku and Bakumatsu eras, reimagining music from historical anime, games and television dramas as uplifting house. Taiko drums, shakuhachi and shamisen fuse traditional Japanese sounds with modern dance music, giving each arrangement a sense of its historical setting.
Themes associated with Sengoku Basara, Gintama, Rurouni Kenshin, Basilisk and the Taiga drama Tenchijin meet the Tokyo club-scene approach of art-and-sound production unit NORISHIROCKS. The collection brings these different musical worlds onto one dance floor.
