We will always be waiting for you on Aqua.

Neo-Venezia has entered a long winter. Practicing together beneath the cold sky, Ai, Azusa and Anya notice that Akira is behaving differently from usual. Following her leads them to the Undine Museum.

They are welcomed by museum director Asuka, a senior colleague of Akira who is known as a legendary Undine of Himeya. Both women have inherited a gondola that has been carefully passed down since Himeya was founded. According to Akira, however, Aika, who is expected to be its next rider, does not intend to inherit it. Unable to accept this, Azusa tries to discover why.

The Blu-ray contains the approximately sixty-minute film and approximately ninety-five minutes of video extras. These include the stage greeting at the completed-film screening on November 18, 2021; Satojun's Venezia Gomen in Otaru; a trailer collection comprising an early teaser and sixty- and thirty-second theatrical trailers; and a long promotional video.

The five-week rotating theatrical video collection contains the mini-game Before the Curtain Rises: A Challenge from President Aria and Recreated! That Rose-Colored Recording Session, footage recreating the voice-recording process.

Cast audio commentary features Chiwa Saito, Junko Minagawa and Mai Nakahara. Staff audio commentary features general director and screenwriter Junichi Sato, director Takahiro Natori, character designer and chief animation director Yoko Ito, and animation producer Kosuke Matsuo.

The outer case has new illustrations on both sides by Kozue Amano, and the inner jacket has a new illustration by Yoko Ito. A booklet and drama CD are enclosed.
