back number's anti sleeps tour 2024 Blu-ray captures the October 27 performance at Saitama Super Arena, part of the band's first arena tour featuring guest acts. Beginning in August 2024, the tour visited 15 locations for 32 performances. For this concert, the announced guest was the band's own vocalist and guitarist, Iyori Shimizu, whose solo acoustic performance offers a different perspective on the songs before the full-band set.

Shimizu's complete eight-song set includes Koi, Tokyo no Yuyake, Joen Joyusho, Kimi ga Door wo Shimeta Ato, Nichiyobi, Sasaeru Hito no Uta, Velvet no Uta and Check no One Piece. All of back number's performance is also included: Takane no Hanako-san, Dai Fuseikai, I Love You, Hikari no Machi, HAPPY BIRTHDAY, Rakuen no Chizu, Suiheisen, Saishinbu, Loneliness, Hanataba, Happy End, Atarashii Koibitotachi ni, Kaito and Superstar ni Nattara, followed by Band, a cover of CreepHyp's song.

The second disc contains Documentary of back number anti sleeps tour 2024, following the tour behind the scenes. Together, the 143-minute concert disc and 67-minute documentary provide 210 minutes of performance and documentary footage.

This standard edition contains two region-free Blu-ray discs in a tall case with an outer slipcase. The programme is presented in Japanese Linear PCM stereo without subtitles.
