POPY's first album, Infructescence, comes from the collaboration between BanG Dream! and the voice-creation software CeVIO AI. Yume no Kessho extends the girls' band project's anime, games, comics and live performances by its voice cast into another musical form.

The story began with the heartbeat of a star and has experienced and shared countless dreams. Those dreams crystallize and become song. POPY reproduces the singing voice of Poppin'Party vocalist Kasumi Toyama through deep learning and other AI technologies, bringing that voice to collaborations with music creators.

Thirteen creator tracks are joined by a bonus Freak Out Hr. duet between Yume no Kessho POPY and Kasumi. Two selected compositions, Watashiiro Kirameki Biyori and Starry Phrase!, complete the sixteen-song CD.
