Best of Tokyo Disney Resort Music opens its series with Remember 40th Anniversary, a two-disc musical portrait of the resort's anniversary year. Living in Color appears as the Dream-Go-Round theme song and in instrumental and ballad versions, the latter two recorded here for the first time.

The collection also introduces recordings of the fortieth-anniversary Club Mouse Beat, Baymax's Mission Cool Down and Afterglow from the Disney Halloween Greeting. Duffy & Friends' Smile & Fun and Wonderful Friendship receive their first recordings too. Minnie, We Love You! from Tokyo Disneyland and Spooky Boo! Parade 2023 make their CD debuts after earlier digital releases.

The DisneySea version of Minnie, We Love You! and the English version of Every Wish Deserves a Dream complete the fourteen-selection program. A 48-page booklet combines lyrics with photographs from the shows and parades, and the two CDs come in a sleeve case.
