Black Night Parade Deluxe Edition Blu-ray + DVD

Take a look behind the scenes of Santa's operation. Yuichi Fukuda, director of Kyo kara Ore wa!! and Gintama, brings a Christmas comedy to life. Watch the Black Santas at work on Blu-ray.

This is the story of the real Christmas. Miharu Hino, played by Ryo Yoshizawa, has spent three years working part-time at the Porson Nerima North Exit convenience store. He failed his entrance exams and job search, has no girlfriend, and seems to fail at everything he does. While the world is caught up in Christmas festivities, a mysterious man named Knecht, dressed in a black Santa suit, suddenly abducts him.

When Miharu wakes up, he finds himself in Santa Claus House, the organization that runs Christmas behind the scenes. Children's letters arrive from around the world, presents are piled high, and Santas are everywhere. These are the Black Santas, whose punishing job is to deliver disappointing gifts to naughty children.

Miharu takes a job with the Black Santas and begins working alongside his intensely individual colleagues: Shino Hojo, played by Kanna Hashimoto; Kaiser Tanaka, played by Taishi Nakagawa; and Teppei Kohira, played by Keisuke Watanabe. Meanwhile, a suspicious presence plotting to destroy Christmas draws closer.
