Following GO, Miss Mystery is the second release of BREAKERZ’s fifth-anniversary year and their first of 2012.

The band celebrated their fourth debut anniversary at Nippon Budokan in July 2011 before entering that fifth-anniversary year. Their fifth album GO followed in September, reaching number four on the album chart, their highest position to date. As the nationwide BREAKERZ LIVE TOUR 2011 GO approaches its final stages after enthusiastic receptions around the country, they continue to expand their energetic activity with this single.

Words such as “mystery,” “truth,” “alibi” and “trick” run through the song, which becomes an opening theme for Detective Conan. The coupling revisits their second single Sekai wa Odoru in an acoustic version. Frequently performed live and cherished by fans, that arrangement had long been awaited on a recording.
