Osamu Dazai, a man obsessed with suicide, attempts to drown himself in broad daylight. Doppo Kunikida, wearing glasses, nervously leafs through his notebook. They work for the Armed Detective Agency, an organization said to resolve dangerous cases that even the military and police cannot handle. Through a strange turn of events, Atsushi is asked to join them in hunting the man-eating tiger that has been terrorizing the streets.
