Release March 13, 2019
After expressing teenage frustration on the independent release Boku to Ao, Chippoke Ohashi reaches his major-label debut album as a growing twenty-year-old songwriter. His music ranges from his foundational solo voice-and-guitar style to full-band arrangements and blends of digital and acoustic sound, delivered through his developing songwriting and vocals.
Lead track Ruby is associated with Namu Amida Butsu!, which launched as a mobile and PC game in January 2019 before its spring television anime. Take It Easy draws on AOR, Diver recalls the American singer-songwriter tradition of Jeff Buckley, and the acoustic Matsuyama reflects on his hometown.
