Chitose Is in the Ramune Bottle Anime

Youth is overflowing. An emotional coming-of-age story inducted into the This Light Novel Is Amazing! Hall of Fame receives its long-awaited television anime adaptation.

Saku Chitose attends Fujishi High School, the prefecture's leading academic school. Excelling in study, sports and communication, he attracts attention for better or worse, surrounded by glamorous friends whom everyone envies. In the spring of his second year, with a new class, he is asked to help a withdrawn student return to society. Set in Fukui, this endlessly blue and dazzling emotional youth story finally comes to animation.

Hina Yomiya, Anna Yamada in The Dangers in My Heart, plays Yua Uchida, whose calm, traditionally graceful presence quietly softens the atmosphere around her. Rumi Okubo, MEM-cho in Oshi no Ko, plays Haru Aomi, a lively mood-maker whose small frame seems packed with energy and who always brightens the class. Ikumi Hasegawa, Ikuyo Kita in Bocchi the Rock!, plays Yuzuki Nanase, a talented beauty skilled in academics and sports whose charm makes her one of the most popular students in her year. Chika Anzai, Chisato Nishikigi in Lycoris Recoil, plays Asuka Nishino, Saku's admired but elusive senior, a literary girl memorably seen reading quietly beside the river after school. These celebrated performers bring the richly individual characters to life.

The first-production edition offers luxurious extras for fans: a digipak newly illustrated by character designer Sumie Kinoshita, and a special booklet featuring a newly written short story by original author Hiromu, a new illustration by original character designer raemz, key animation and various design materials. These physical first-production extras are conditional and are not guaranteed with standard copies.

Contents Episodes 5–8. Regular video extras: A collection of promotional videos, plus A Journey to Experience Chiramune: School Edition.
