Comic Alive marks its eighteenth anniversary with Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World- on the August 2024 cover, newly illustrated by Haruno Atori. The feature arrives as the fourth-arc manga continues and the third television anime season prepares for its October 2024 debut.
An eight-piece set of newly illustrated Re:ZERO posters accompanies the physical issue, giving the anniversary edition a substantial collection of display artwork. The magazine also carried an anniversary prize campaign for nineteen original signed illustrations from its contributors; that historical promotion is separate from the included poster set. Released on June 27, 2024, this Japanese issue contains 746 pages and combines a continuing manga feature with its anniversary extras.
