Aoyama is popular and always surrounded by classmates, yet keeps an emotional distance after an injury changed his life. Senkawa is an academically gifted loner. They know one another's faces but little else until an encounter on the stairway to the school roof creates a quiet refuge from the world around them. Sharing an earphone and listening to an old CD player, they begin to confide in each other. Attraction grows, but memories and wounds neither has fully confronted complicate their new bond.
Haruhi Iuchi and Haruse Akune star in this live-action adaptation of itz's boys' love manga. Its everyday school setting gives room to the uncertainty, tenderness and awkwardness of first love.
The three-disc box contains all eight episodes across two feature Blu-rays and a bonus Blu-ray, together with a booklet. Extras include a newly recorded interview with the leads, their visual commentary on the final episode, behind-the-scenes footage, the premiere screening event and creditless opening and ending sequences. The main program runs approximately 203 minutes, with 118 minutes of bonus material. Japanese audio and no subtitles are specified; the main episodes use Linear PCM stereo.
