The Case Files of Jeweler Richard Universal Sigma J-Pop

This single closes a landmark year for Da-iCE, ahead of their first solo performance at Yoyogi National Stadium’s First Gymnasium in January 2020.

Taiki Kudo co-wrote “BACK TO BACK” in Sweden with rising songwriter Albin Nordqvist and also wrote its lyrics. Packed with the five members’ determination to reach even greater heights, this powerful dance tune recalls their starting point.

The accompanying music explores new facets of the group: Sota Hanamura’s “Damn it!” plays with its title and clever wordplay to express a man’s unrequited love; Yudai Ohno wrote the lyrics to the heartfelt ballad “Only for you”; and the mature, mid-tempo “VELVET EYES” opens up new territory in adult-oriented rock.
