Dead Account Blu-ray Box

Dead Account imagines a world where the social-media accounts of people who die with lingering regrets return as digital ghosts known as Bakeaka. This modern supernatural action series follows Soji Enishiro, an inflammatory livestreamer using the name Aoringo, who earns money online to pay for his younger sister's treatment. After an incident awakens his electronic powers, he is taken to the much-rumored Miden Academy, a school training a new generation of mediums to exorcise ghosts that have evolved alongside the internet.

The box collects all twelve episodes of the television anime. Nobuhiko Okamoto leads the cast, joined by Koki Uchiyama, Fairouz Ai, Natsuki Hanae, Machico, Ryota Suzuki, Takuya Sato, Fumiya Imai, Gen Sato, Maaya Uchida, Kentaro Kumagai, Masaya Miyazaki and Jun Fukuyama.

The two Blu-ray discs are housed in digipak packaging inside a slipcase with newly drawn artwork by manga creator Shizumu Watanabe. The accompanying special booklet includes an original manga in which the Class 1-B members introduce their rooms. Video extras comprise the textless opening and ending sequences and a collection of promotional videos.

The main episodes run for approximately 284 minutes across the two discs, with approximately 8 minutes of additional video. The program is presented in 1080p with Japanese Linear PCM stereo sound and no subtitles.
