Deaimon Original Soundtrack captures the warmth of the anime set in a long-established Kyoto confectionery. Ren Takada makes his anime-scoring debut with music that embraces joy, anger, sadness and happiness, much like his original recordings and earlier television soundtracks.

The album includes the Joyo Manju Song sung by Nobunaga Shimazaki in episode one and Yaeni Saku, performed by Minori Suzuki as Mitsuru Horikawa and written and composed by Ayano Tsuji. Songs heard later in the story are also included.

Original manga creator Rin Asano planned a newly drawn jacket illustration inspired by listening to the score. The announced program includes roughly thirty to just under forty background pieces by Takada, from the frequently heard Ryokusho theme to music evoking Kyoto's changing seasons, alongside four vocal tracks.
