DIALOGUE+ LIVE DIALOGUE+3 captures the December 29, 2024 performance at Kanadevia Hall, bringing the album's songs to the stage with the DIALOGUE+ band. The complete programme includes 22 songs, the encore and the members' onstage conversations, with production by Tomoya Tabuchi.

The set begins with Kasuka de Tashika, FU-TSU-TSU-KA I love you, Dialogue+ Invitation! and Easy? Hard? Shikashite Susume! It continues through everything!, Zekkei Zekko Super Day!!, Tabi no Tochu, Talk! Talk! Talk!, Itetsuite Byosoku, Kore wa Kunren de wa Nai, Omoide Shiritori and Dareka ja Nai kara. dialogue+kawaii and Hanasaku Bokura no Answer wo lead into the band's instrumental section.

Deneb to Spica, Raise Nante Matterannai, Utopia Gaku Gairon, Nyanbori de Moffy!! and Watashitachi no Rhapsody carry the concert towards Ryuseigun no Muko de and Hajimete no Kakumei! 2023. Suki da yo, Suki. closes the encore. The separate Documentary of DIALOGUE+3 looks backstage, while an optional member-commentary track accompanies the main concert. Some of the concert audio has been re-recorded for this release.

The single region-free Blu-ray runs approximately 147 minutes. Both the original Japanese audio and Japanese commentary are presented in Linear PCM stereo, with no subtitles.
