DIG-ROCK follows two bands at the talent agency DIGNITY PRODUCTION: Impish Crow, a popular independent band newly signed to the agency, and RUBIA Leopard, whose momentum and popularity among young listeners continue to grow. The dice series introduces HOUND ROAR from the rival agency Renown Stage, bringing a new band into their unfolding story.

Across five volumes released over five consecutive months, the series continues each band’s story before exploring their meetings with HOUND ROAR. Every volume features a new song, with the music varying between releases.

In Type:RL, increased media exposure wins RUBIA Leopard new fans and greater recognition. The four members keep broadening their activities, enjoying their success despite an unfamiliar level of busyness. Then Kurono begins acting unsettled. A scheduled television appearance is abruptly cancelled, and Akane feels a flicker of irritation at a seemingly minor problem whose cause remains unclear. Their throne will not be shaken. Absolutely not. A new beginning awaits the charismatic band as it enters its fourth year.
