Senku's plan to reach the Moon sends the Kingdom of Science across the world in search of the materials needed to build a spacecraft from scratch. After discovering that Why-man, the force behind humanity's petrification, is on the Moon, he sets out to unravel the mystery. In America, the group encounters Dr. Xeno's advanced scientific kingdom. Chrome and his companions capture Xeno in a fast-moving contest of science against science, but Stanley's pursuit forces them onward toward South America, the source of the original petrification beam.

As Senku's team races through the Amazon, invention and ingenuity become their means of survival. With Stanley's forces closing in, they work to preserve the flame of science and uncover the secrets at the heart of the Medusa device. This second box of Dr. STONE SCIENCE FUTURE contains episodes 13-24, approximately 288 minutes of the final season's second part.

The cast features Yusuke Kobayashi as Senku Ishigami, Makoto Furukawa as Taiju Oki, Kana Ichinose as Yuzuriha Ogawa, Manami Numakura as Kohaku, Gen Sato as Chrome, Karin Takahashi as Suika, Kengo Kawanishi as Gen Asagiri and Mugihito as Kaseki. Yuichi Nakamura plays Tsukasa Shishio, Akira Ishida plays Hyoga, Kensho Ono plays Ukyo Saionji and Ryota Suzuki plays Ryusui Nanami, with Maaya Sakamoto as Francois, Megumi Han as Chelsea, Kenji Nojima as Dr. Xeno and Koji Yusa as Stanley Snyder.

Based on Riichiro Inagaki and Boichi's manga, the series is directed by Shuhei Matsushita, with series composition by Kurasumi Sunayama and character designs by Yuko Iwasa. TMS Entertainment produces the animation, with music by Tatsuya Kato, Hiroaki Tsutsumi and YUKI KANESAKA. The two-disc set includes commentary on episode 24, "WHOLE NEW WORLD," by Kobayashi, Nojima and Yusa. Video extras comprise the second part's main promotional video, previews for episodes 13-24, the creditless opening and ending, and the Blu-ray/DVD commercial. Japanese Linear PCM stereo audio and Japanese accessibility subtitles accompany the episodes.
