Drive Saga: Kamen Rider Chaser Blu-ray brings Drive's former enemy turned trusted ally to the centre of his own film. After a year alongside the car-driving detective Rider, Chase faces a question that cannot be answered by battle alone: what does it mean to feel like a human?

Shortly after the confrontation with the Paradox Roidmude, Chase becomes increasingly interested in the emotions that connect families. During a fight with the robber Roidmude 051, he accidentally injures a bystander named Hinako. Seeing echoes of the Shijima siblings in Hinako and her younger brother Hiroshi, he tries to protect the boy in her place, only to be rejected because his emotionless manner seems frightening.

The evolved Roidmude Angel then appears, promising coexistence between humans and Roidmudes. Using golden feathers, Angel gives Chase human emotions, transforming him so completely that even the Special Investigations Unit is astonished. For the first time, he experiences the pleasure of being thanked for something other than fighting. Yet Angel's ideal world differs sharply from the one Heart and Brain imagined, and Chase begins to question the gift he has received. Meanwhile, Shinnosuke's pursuit of the 051 case leads him to an unexpected encounter with Futo detective Ryu Terui.

Taiko Katono leads the cast alongside Ryoma Takeuchi, Rio Uchida and Yu Inaba. The disc includes a making-of programme, recorded premiere-stage greetings, promotional footage, the Break Gunner video, a design gallery and poster artwork. Katono, Takeuchi, Inaba, Shota Matsushima and Yu Warabino reunite for the audio commentary.

The 85-minute film is presented in 16:9 Full HD on a region-free Blu-ray. Japanese Linear PCM stereo is supplied for the feature, with Japanese Dolby TrueHD stereo for the cast commentary. There are no subtitles.
