Eiken Nippon Columbia Anime Music

Here are the heroes we remember. Eiken, the studio behind many enduring works in Japanese animation history, looks back at its productions of the 1960s in this compilation.

Theme songs and insert songs from eleven pioneering anime productions recall the sound of that decade. Their original opening and ending sequences revisit the images that accompanied the music, returning to the beginnings of Eiken's animation legacy.
