Prince Muscat, the galactic empire's most eccentric royal, sets out incognito to investigate its future with two distinctly unconventional companions. Lou is a winged elf girl with extraordinary fighting strength, while K.K. is a walking arsenal inside a powered suit of his own design. Their journey pays little regard to the people caught in its wake, bringing together elaborate machines, broad comedy and energetic action.
Adapted in 1987 from Katsumi Yamamoto's science-fiction adventure manga, originally serialized in Hakusensha's Monthly ComiComi, this OVA features Chieko Honda, Kazuki Yao and Akira Kamiya. The 30-minute animation is presented in an HD remaster created from a 5K scan of the negative, with Japanese Linear PCM stereo audio.
