Fafner in the Azure Animation

On that day, they decided to live with tomorrow in mind. Fafner in the Azure: Behind the Line brings a previously untold story to Blu-ray.

“Are you there?” The Fafner in the Azure series began in July 2004 and reached its conclusion in 2021. Supported by so many fans, its story continued to unfold without stopping. Now comes a story that has never been told before.

Glimpses of the ordinary yet unforgettable days of a certain summer: this was shortly before two girls, who would lead the way to a new possibility with the Festum, met. The story portrays a moment in the lives of the boys and girls after Soshi Minashiro returned.

Kazuki Makabe, Soshi Minashiro, Maya Tomi and Canon Hazama: “As of this moment, you are relieved of your primary duties as Fafner pilots.” “I am afraid that lives will be wasted.” “Would I ever want you to change?” “You know, I am always a little behind everyone else.” “Even becoming peaceful takes resolve.”

The release also includes Fafner FINAL Fes at Pacifico Yokohama: the Soshi Minashiro Birthday Festival 2021 and angela LIVE – Sokyu Sakusen. Promotional video extras include the first and second promotional videos, the special advance-screening commercial and package-release commercials.
