FLOW TRIBALYTHM Limited CD Blu-ray
FLOW/TRIBALYTHM 初回生産限定盤
FLOW creates a musical masterpiece that connects the world across national and ethnic boundaries. Ranked eighth among Japanese artists streamed overseas on Spotify in 2018, the globe-trotting band also toured five countries in Central and South America that July. TRIBALYTHM is their eleventh original album and their first in three years.
The album opens with TRIBALYTHM -Intro-, weaving together melodies and rhythms from around the world. Thunderbolt features Nordic instruments, while BELIEVER pairs an expansive, mid-tempo rock sound with lively banjo. Smells Like 40 Spirit returns to the band’s roots in 1990s crossover and heavy rock, with rapped references to the words that influenced them. Iolite is a direct punk number made for live singalongs.
Alongside these songs are the Tales series themes Kaze no Uta, INNOSENSE and BURN; Break it down, the theme for NARUTO x BORUTO Borutical Generations; PENDULUM, the theme for Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion Lost Stories; and ONENESS, the song created for the Nippon Budokan. This is a new work made possible by a band whose maturity carries them across borders and musical genres.
