Forest of Piano Nippon Columbia Anime Music

The acclaimed classical-music manga Forest of Piano, serialised in Kodansha's Morning until 2015, tells the moving story of Kai Ichinose. He grows up treating a piano abandoned in the woods as his toy. Through encounters with Sosuke Ajino, once known as a prodigious pianist, and Shuhei Amamiya, whose father is a distinguished pianist, Kai develops his gift and eventually challenges the world at the Chopin Competition.

This first soundtrack gathers Harumi Fuuki's music from both seasons of the television anime. The score is joined by the opening theme To the Sea, the first season's ending song Kaeru Basho Ga Aru To Iu Koto performed by Aoi Yuki, and the second season's ending song Hajimari No Basho performed by Rie Murakawa.
