Prestigious private Takehana Boys' High School is surrounded by four girls' schools and supposedly offers a rock-solid “120 percent chance of getting a girlfriend.” First-year student Shota transfers there for that reason alone: “I'm going to get a girlfriend!” However, he is assigned to Class 1-G, a gathering of troublemakers isolated in its own building and feared even by the teachers. The ruined building and outrageously eccentric classmates leave him stunned.

When his classmates belittle themselves as the school's cesspit, Shota roars, “Have more pride! Let's climb our way out!” Driven only by wanting a girlfriend, he begins bringing Class G together immediately after his transfer. He meets Sena, the school's most handsome boy and an elite member of top-ranked Class A; becomes involved in a possible romance with Reina, leader of the Tama Black Angels girls' gang, who treats him as an enemy; attracts the attention of second-year Date in several ways; and is watched with knowing interest by third-year Yagami. Although Shota's sole ambition was popularity, his clumsy but sincere concern for his friends draws companions to him, and they somehow enjoy their days together.

But the sinister Ten'oken organization begins reaching toward them. It was supposedly crushed after a mortal struggle by G Men, a delinquent group that has now become an urban legend...

The feature disc includes the film and a collection of promotional spots. Bonus disc 1 presents visual commentary with Yuta Kishi, Yuma Yamoto, Shintaro Morimoto, Rintaro and director Toichiro Ruto. Bonus disc 2 includes a special making-of feature; event footage from the completion screening, the pre-release event restricted to male students, release celebrations in Tokyo and Osaka, and the hit-celebration event; Class G member interviews with Kishi, Ryo Ryusei, Yamoto, Morimoto and Rintaro; Class G cast-comment promotional footage; and all ten character promotional videos. The three region-free Blu-rays contain the 120-minute feature and approximately 287 minutes of extras. Main-film audio is Japanese DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 surround or 2.0 stereo, with an additional Japanese 2.0 audio-description track. Japanese subtitles for the hearing impaired are available for the feature. Bonus-disc audio is Japanese Linear PCM stereo.
