Goblin Slayer Anime

I won't save the world. I'll just kill goblins. The popular dark fantasy by Kumo Kagyu and Noboru Kannatuki comes to a long-awaited Blu-ray box!

At a frontier guild, there is said to be a rare adventurer who has risen to Silver rank, the third-highest rank, by taking only goblin-extermination quests. A priestess forms her first party after becoming an adventurer, but the group soon finds itself in danger. The person who rescues her is a man known as Goblin Slayer.

He eliminates goblins alone, sparing no effort and choosing whatever means are necessary. The priestess struggles to keep up with him, the guild receptionist is grateful to him, and his childhood friend, the cow girl, waits for his return. Then an elf girl, having heard the rumors about him, arrives with a request.

This limited-production box contains all twelve episodes on two Blu-rays, together with a bonus CD. It comes in a three-sided box newly illustrated by original character designer Noboru Kannatuki, and includes a special booklet and a set of four postcards.

The bonus CD contains the audio drama Eve of the Yule-tide, based on and scripted by Kumo Kagyu, with Yuuichirou Umehara, Yui Ogura, Nao Toyama, Yuka Iguchi, Maaya Uchida, Yuichi Nakamura, Tomokazu Sugita and Daichi Hayashi. It also contains the Radio Goblin Slayer DJ CD, with amusing behind-the-scenes recording stories and a game segment featuring Nao Toyama, Yuichi Nakamura and Tomokazu Sugita.

Video bonuses include creditless opening and ending sequences, promotional videos and television commercials. Episode one has commentary from director Takaharu Ozaki and series composer and screenwriter Hideyuki Kurata. Episode two features Yuuichirou Umehara and Yui Ogura; episode six features Nao Toyama, Yuichi Nakamura and Tomokazu Sugita; episode seven features Takaharu Ozaki and Hideyuki Kurata; episode ten features Yuka Iguchi and Maaya Uchida; and episode twelve features original author Kumo Kagyu and director Takaharu Ozaki.
